Cancellation Policy


Wellpaper doesn’t accept any returns or initiate any refunds for a product sold in all circumstances. In case a product is found damaged during delivery, the product can be replaced as per the Replace Policy below.


  1. A customer is eligible for a replace only when the product is found damaged at delivery.
  2. Customer is expected to provide digital proof of damage over an email to along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  3. The proof of damage is examined by our quality control team and the replacement will be initiated only after their approval.
  4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
