Wellpaper doesn’t accept any returns or initiate any refunds for a product sold in all circumstances. In case a product is found damaged during delivery, the product can be replaced as per the Replace Policy below.
- A customer is eligible for a replace only when the product is found damaged at delivery.
- Customer is expected to provide digital proof of damage over an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The proof of damage is examined by our quality control team and the replacement will be initiated only after their approval.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
